Cancellation Policy ✳︎
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No show
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged the cost of the missed service.
If the appointment was booked using a voucher, you will have to forfeit the voucher.
Late appointment policy
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment.
Clients who arrive late will be using the time of their appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to abide by the ‘no show cancellation policy’ which requires payment of 50% of the service, or forfeiting your voucher.
*If circumstances require, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment.
